Ramblings about life . . .

What I share about my life is simply to help reinforce the understanding that it is possible to live with love and laughter, even with tough times.

Life is what we make of it, no matter how harrowing. We accept and embody this with-in ourselves, thereby allowing the energy to manifest outwardly in our reality.

It starts with each one of us as an individual to form the collective consciousness.

Be the dream.

We honour the light and the life within you.

I upload other bloggers' posts and then delete after a month. This is my journey and others help me understand where I am, until they become irrelevant (a few posts excepted).

Determined to be right

I watch and read with concern those who constantly bash each other about their beliefs. At times it is merely semantics…one will experience a series of words in one way, which will mean something different to another.

It’s all our own emotions getting in the way of the bigger picture. Again…it is this divide and conquer strategy that is so simple and yet very effective.

It’s not that I don’t think there should be debate…debate can be healthy and I’ve been involved in some debates that have had me or the other person slowly come round to a different way of thinking.

What I am concerned about is the deep seated need to always be correct…no matter what. This indicates a pretty rigid attitude and in this rigidity there is no give…at all.

Surely compromise is called for…whether you agree with another or not. Compromise comes about when we agree to disagree without any underlying agenda. If there is an underlying agenda that we hold…we will always be on opposite sides of the boxing ring.

It’s not about giving in to another or rolling over and hoping that the anger of the other will pass you by if you retreat into obscurity. It is about standing in your light and integrity….and understanding that we all see things from a different perspective…whether right or wrong.

If someone is going through a very deep and strong clearing and is seeing their life through lenses that are splattered with their emotions…does it mean they are wrong? No, they are where they are and we should honour them. I know it is difficult to do, especially when our own emotions get in the way…but if we stand back and think about it…who are we trying to save and why?

Again…why are we so determined to be RIGHT?

What is right for us might not be right for someone else. How can we in all honesty know what their mission or lifepath is?

I'm beginning to understand that this new world is teaching us how to compromise and not stand in judgement of one another.

Whereas in the 3D past, everyone has tried to make everyone else follow their version of the truth and make sure that no-one steps out of line. We’ve tried unity consciousness one way…we are now going to experience it in a different way.

This version of unity consciousness of the new world is not going to be about imposing our ideas and ideals on others.

We are all in the process of stepping out of the ‘old unity consciousness’ of acting like sheep and into the new unity consciousness of individuality. I am not sure how this will play out and at times have visions of a world going totally haywire, but then again I’ve only got the current world to base my ideas upon. But I do believe that deep down most of us are very loving entities who have been pushed to their limits by the world we’ve created.

Honour, love and respect…’and the meek shall inherit the earth’ – isn’t this one of the things Jesus said. Many of us through the years couldn’t even conceive that this was possible, but with the wave of peaceful protests we are now realising collectively we have the power to create the peaceful community we wish to live in. And this peaceful community begins with each one of us as an individual – not as a sheep working on automatic. It is conscious living from the higher heart.

One other thing I’d like to add here – don’t take everything that Athena and I write on this blog as the gospel truth. Take only that which you find resonates with you…work with it and rearrange it to fit with you.

Athena’s words and energy are merely tools to jog our memories.

She and I thank you for joining us.

May we collectively create the world of loving peace that our higher hearts wish for.

...And now I'm off to do my ironing...
