Ramblings about life . . .

What I share about my life is simply to help reinforce the understanding that it is possible to live with love and laughter, even with tough times.

Life is what we make of it, no matter how harrowing. We accept and embody this with-in ourselves, thereby allowing the energy to manifest outwardly in our reality.

It starts with each one of us as an individual to form the collective consciousness.

Be the dream.

We honour the light and the life within you.

I upload other bloggers' posts and then delete after a month. This is my journey and others help me understand where I am, until they become irrelevant (a few posts excepted).

Intimate Meditation

I created a safe space before we started our meditation yesterday - it wasn't easy as we'd both had a very long day.

I put on Snatam Kaur whose music is excellent at taking you to a place of love and peace.

Hubby and I sat facing each other on the bed, our legs crossed, knees touching. Hehe...okay...I sat with my knees crossed...hubby's legs are too muscular to sit cross legged so he sat spreadeagled...but our knees still touched.

I made sure that there were no hooks from others into our energy fields/chakras as well as requested our unseen teams to clear out any energy that is not ours that we had allowed to be dumped in our field.

The Sun was invited in through our crown, the Earth in through our feet, Mother/Father God in through the front of our heart and our HS in through the back of our heart. I checked that our bond with each other through our hearts was clear and the energy was moving between us without hindrance.

An intention was made that our hearts would join to form one large heart within which we would sit for the duration of the meditation.

We placed our hands palm to palm at shoulder height and slowly as the music played, we started to very gently create a circle with our upper bodies moving together in an anti-clockwise motion. After a while the direction changed to a clockwise motion.

Once we’d done a few circles, hubby seemed to pass through a bluish watery looking portal that gave off reflections of many colours as he disappeared inside. I followed him through the wavery energy until we were in a cocoon that snuggly surrounded our bodies.

Sitting quietly with our hands in our laps we gazed into each other’s eyes. I'm not sure how long this was before I felt the need to sit in hubby’s lap in the yab-yum position.

He inserted his lingam within me and started to suckle on my breasts. The energy moved from my heart into him and down into his lingam in through my yoni and up into my heart and out again to him.

We started to circle our upper bodies anti-clockwise as I tenderly held his head. It was a comforting motion that held us deep within its thrall as we completely melded with each other in that deep inner space of the heart. This reminded me somewhat of the Cycling the Energy meditations.

The harmonic and peaceful state was reinforced by the music.

We remained in this position for a long while, totally blissed out and at one with everything.

This is by far the most beautiful experience I have EVER had…may this become the ‘norm’ from now on.

P.S. This is not in any way meant to lead to full blown sex...it simply creates a close bond of loving energy and the freedom to be who we truly are as we connect and feel the depth of our love for each other. It is also a time when the truthful outpouring of loving words can happen. Such as how beautiful the skin is or how amazing the eyes are or how incredible the relationship. Or it could be the expression of gratitude for the love we have or the journey we have walked. These are words that come from the heart and the need to express them is very strong. It reinforces the loving bond.

If you want to, you can imagine yourself doing this with a partner/aspect of yourself. Live the dream in your inner world and draw it to you. Take note of how you feel about this. If there are any frissons of negative energy...clear them...so that the truth of what can truly be experienced can come through.
