Creating love

Pleasure comes in many forms – kind words, a child’s laugh, a hobby, taking the dog for a walk, sitting in front of a fire and too many more to mention. These are daily occurrences that we take in our stride without thought. Saying or doing something nice for someone gives them a boost of energy, which in turns makes you feel good. One of the side effects of love and pleasure is humour, laughter and fun.


But how many of us think about it when we make or create love? Do you only think about the release or do you enjoy the journey to that release? What are you thinking and feeling during the lovemaking session. Are you totally focused on your partner, your mind and emotions connected to them or are you partially thinking about what to buy for dinner, if your child is okay, your job or finances. What energy are you pouring into your climax and therefore creating and sending out into the world? Remember desperation creates more desperation.

Our bodies are physical vessels for energy. Making love or creating love between two consenting adults honours the light and the love within themselves and each other. Creating love is a private sacred ritual of respect.

Let’s create waves of love and pleasure sweeping across the planet, giving others the chance to feel it and use the energy to change their lives. Instead of dwelling on the worst and feeding it energy, it is time to dwell on creating, nurturing and growing Heaven on Earth through making love. I cannot stress enough that this is not the only way forward but one of the most powerful. An orgasm created by unconditional love, respect and pleasure is the most powerful energy we have. Why do you think it has been crushed, pushed down, covered in darkness and considered sinful? This beauty would empower humanity.

You don’t have to be a tantra master to be able to create this. Focus on the love you have for your partner, the respect you feel for them, their inner beauty and build upon this. Set aside a time and space where the outside world will not intrude. Forget about your daily life, stresses and worries. If you have difficulties with this, think back to the first flush of love you felt. By creating a sacred space you are focusing your attention. It does not matter what you do to create this space as long as both of you consent to it.

Don’t despair if you have no partner. This sacred ritual can also be created by you for you. We are not advocating promiscuity or a need for you to go out and make love with anyone you grab off the street. Creating love is built upon a strong foundation, not a tentative fleeting one.

Tap into all the energies that our Anchors are holding in balance – love, intellect, pleasure, power, passion, peace and harmony and have fun while doing so.

Balance of mind, body and spirit. Ideally, we should be feeling this each time we make love whether daily, weekly or monthly. Sometimes we don’t do as well as we’d like. Don’t beat yourself over the head. Do the best you can. It takes practice and dedication to change a habit. Be patient. Even if you only feel a spark of this beauty for a few seconds, it’s a start. All rivers started as a small trickle.
