Ramblings about life . . .

What I share about my life is simply to help reinforce the understanding that it is possible to live with love and laughter, even with tough times.

Life is what we make of it, no matter how harrowing. We accept and embody this with-in ourselves, thereby allowing the energy to manifest outwardly in our reality.

It starts with each one of us as an individual to form the collective consciousness.

Be the dream.

We honour the light and the life within you.

I upload other bloggers' posts and then delete after a month. This is my journey and others help me understand where I am, until they become irrelevant (a few posts excepted).

The new human template

It has been very interesting discussing with friends, the lack of muscle pain after extreme exercise.

Only a small handful have experienced what I have (see previous post), some mentioned no difference at all, whilst others have said it seems worse.

Of those that experienced the change, a large proportion hadn't even noticed it until I pointed it out.

An unexpected exchange of love

River running through the sanctuary

We walked around the Sevenoaks Wildlife Sanctuary on Sunday, and stumbled across a young rabbit that did not seem concerned that we were there.

It carried on munching on some leaves before turning around to face and cautiously hop toward me.

Medicine Woman

Walking through Oxford's botanical garden on Saturday, I realised that I don't want to be involved by simply growing plants for their beauty or to eat. I want to go back to my first love and use them for medicinal purposes.

I studied Herbal Medicine (Phytotherapy) whilst still living in South Africa, mostly because I felt it was time to concentrate on the physical body. I'd been immersed in meditation and finding out how to process emotions, but felt I was missing a link somewhere along the line. After that I combined the two and studied vibrational medicine for two years once we'd arrived in the UK.

Plants...our supportive little helpers

Cranesbill geranium
I am sitting in the garden on this absolutely gorgeous spring day. It is too hot to be spring…but hey, we have not hit June yet…so officially it is still spring.

Once again this year, my garden surprises me. We have some new plants who’ve made their appearance and some others who have died or are dying.

I had small pine trees in pots and all three were dying. They have been with us for many years and each year we re-pot them but this year they finally said NO MORE. It tells me that there certain things in my life that I no longer have to worry about. Pine essence helps to clear guilt and therefore the pain that comes with guilt. I was very sad to say goodbye...but no amount of tender loving care made any difference.

The other bush that is dying is the Holly bush…noticed this last year. When we first arrived 10 years ago it flourished every year with leaves flowers and berries. So another energy that is dying…Holly is associated with anger.

Eden Project, Cornwall

Eden Project - "The Eden Project (Cornish: Edenva) is a visitor attraction in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. Inside the artificial biomes are plants that are collected from all around the world. The project is located in a reclaimed Kaolinite pit, located 2 km (1.2 mi) from the town of St Blazey and 5 kilometres (3 mi) from the larger town of St Austell, Cornwall.[2]

The complex is dominated by two huge enclosures consisting of adjoining domes that house thousands of plant species,[3] and each enclosure emulates a natural biome. The domes consist of hundreds of hexagonal and pentagonal, inflated, plastic cells supported by steel frames. The first dome emulates a tropical environment, and the second a Mediterranean environment."
