Ramblings about life . . .

What I share about my life is simply to help reinforce the understanding that it is possible to live with love and laughter, even with tough times.

Life is what we make of it, no matter how harrowing. We accept and embody this with-in ourselves, thereby allowing the energy to manifest outwardly in our reality.

It starts with each one of us as an individual to form the collective consciousness.

Be the dream.

We honour the light and the life within you.

I upload other bloggers' posts and then delete after a month. This is my journey and others help me understand where I am, until they become irrelevant (a few posts excepted).

Twin-flames and other metaphysical bits and pieces

Now that I am over the period of being in the physical "3rd dimensional world", studying to get myself to this side of the world, I am getting so many nudges to start immersing myself in the "spiritual" side once more.

Everybody dies, but not everybody lives

Happy place

Lol...New Zealand's night life only starts at 10.30pm and carries on until "late" as per signs on the doors. Most of the restaurants and pubs turn into nightclubs with no cover charge. Some have DJs and others have live bands. Doors are wide open, even in winter. There are outdoor heaters everywhere. Victoria Street in Hamilton is deserted and dead during the day but comes alive after 10pm. You can wander around choosing where you'd like to go. There are so many places available. Queues everywhere as people wait patiently to get into their favourite haunt to dance the night away.

An unexpected butt kicking

My work colleague that emigrated here from the UK has been giving me some hard-hitting talks this week.

The Universe is now bringing to my attention, my need to let our son go. So much so, that they sent both him and my colleague halfway round the world, following me to make sure I get the message! "Put your breast back in your bra", "it's your fault he is like he is" and "what are you going to do about it?". Geez talk about not mincing words. Really shook me, my first instinct to deny what was going on and continue to bury my head in the sand.

Mangapohue Natural Bridge, Waitomo area of the Waikato, New Zealand

Mangapohue Natural Bridge

The 17 m high limestone arch, which spans the Mangapohue Stream, is all that remains of an ancient cave system. From here the track becomes stepped and passes under the bridge giving a superb view of the ceiling studded with stalactite-like formations and an excellent view back down the gorge.

Blue Spring (Te Puna), South Waikato, New Zealand

Blue Spring

The walkway is a distance of 4.7 kilometres, with an average walking time of 1.5 hours (3 hours return).

The Waihou Stream is totally spring fed. Water from the Mamaku Plateau takes anywhere from 50-100 years to reach the Blue Spring. Water flows from the spring at a rate of 42 cubic metres per minute (9240 gallons per minute). The water temperature of the Blue Spring is a constant 11 degrees celsius throughout the year.

Moments of breathless excitement

Kia ora from Aotearoa - the land of the long white cloud

It's been a while since I wrote anything or uploaded any photos...having too much fun. Kinda like living the experience without interference.

My hubby and son joined me mid-April and since then we've been on the go, sightseeing and experiencing the spectacular beauty that New Zealand has to offer in between me working.
